Born and currently works in Tokyo, Japan. Graduated from Kyoto Seika University, Faculty of Art, BFA in painting. Studied gold and silversmithing at the Australian National University School of Art & Design. After working as a graphic designer at a video production company in Germany, she returned to Japan and started working as an illustrator (under the name Ráyka) in 2010. Her works have been used in book covers, TV program character designs, fashion brands, hotel rooms, and stage designs. In 2014, she shifted to becoming an artist and began creating mixed media and installation works. Since then, her works have been exhibited in art fairs such as Affordable Art Fair NYC (2015), ART KAOHSIUNG (2015, 2017), Art Stage Jakarta (2017), Art Expo Malaysia Plus (2017), Affordable Art Fair Milan (2020), and exhibitions in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Taipei, Rome, etc. In May 2021, her first NFT work, which she presented under the name of AURORA, won a prize at the #BigBangNFT Competition. In July, she participated in Crypto Art Week Asia, a festival of NFT art in Asia. Also, she was selected as a certified artist of nanakusa (SBINFT Market), and has taken part in a number of projects.
